Kredyt Bank - Client Friendly Firm (August 3, 2007)
 
Kredyt Bank has received the Emblem of the Client Friendly Firm Certification Programme for high quality client service and efficiency in client relations management policy.
 
Over 100 firms took part in the programme, 30 received the emblem and 9 were granted a distinction. Research programme consisted of three parts. In the first stage procedures and strategies of a firm as far as client service is concerned were evaluated, according to the self evaluation survey. In the second stage – research on service quality - knowledge and use in practice of the procedures were checked. In the third stage the analysis of the gathered findings was made and the participants were evaluated.
 
The Client friendly Form Certification Programme is run by the Management Institute of Poland, along with its partners: TNS OBOP an Researcher by Call Center Poland.
 
'The Best Annual Report 2005' Award (October 20, 2006)
 
Kredyt Bank's Annual Report for 2005 has been awarded a prize in 'The Best Annual Report 2005' contest.
The contest, organized by the Accounting and Tax Institute and PARKIET Stock Exchange Magazine, awards the best reports prepared on the basis of IAS/IFSR, new accounting standards that have been obligatory for listed companies since January 1, 2005.
The Jury with prof. Waldemar Frąckowiak, its chairman, have assesed annual reports of 30 companies.
 
The best bank for individual clients (September 29, 2006)
Kredyt Bank has been placed second in the ranking published by Forbes for the best bank for individual clients.
 
Editors of  magazine underline a spectacular pace of changes in the area of customer service for individual clients in KB. Forbes together with TNS OBOP have evaluated friendliness, costs of running an account, deposit and renewable credit offers as well as accessibility to an account. As Forbes editors emphasize, its care for the quality of customer service and an attractive offer of renewable loans are the biggest advantages of Kredyt Bank. Activation of an account in Kredyt Bank takes only one day. The bank has been ranked an absolute leader as far as acquiring and keeping new clients is concerned. In the category of customer service and friendliness of procedures, Kredyt Bank has achieved the fifth-place ranking. In the area of functionality, visualization of outlets and client's comfort, KB has been placed eighth. Competence and politeness of its staff have been ranked high, too. 
 
Kredyt Bank - the friendliest bank (September 25, 2006)
Kredyt Bank ranks among the top three customer-friendly banks. The ranking is prepared annually by the editors of Newsweek Polska in co-operation with researchers.
 
Kredyt Bank is third in this year's Newsweek Polska ranking of the customer-friendly banks, soaring up from the 15th place in last year's ranking. The considerable improvement of Kredyt Bank's client service standards is the effect of new organisational solutions, consistent simplification of procedures, and complex training of the bank's staff.
 
High Reputation Brands for Kredyt Bank and WARTA (June 20, 2006)
Kredyt Bank and WARTA were named 'High Reputation Brands' in Premium Brand 2006 survey. This is a special distinction as it is granted by customers.
Brands of Kredyt Bank and WARTA participated in Premium Brand 2006, a brand reputation survey, and were rewarded the title of High Reputation Brand.
 
Premium Brand is the first eddition of a brand reputation ranking. Respondents evaluated eight values: reputation, brand publicity, trust, popularity and brand awareness as well as social responsibility, readiness to recommend a brand to others, satisfaction from using a brand and loyalty.
In the 'finance' category, brands of Kredyt Bank and WARTA were ranked amongst 8 other well-known brands. In the ranking, each company was scored over 60 points, what means that the clients consider them reliable, socially responsible and trustful.
The ranking is prepared by experts of Midwest ITSE and Maison Reaserch Consulting, the survey was carried out by Millward Brown SMG/KRC, its results were audited by KPMG.
 
Promotional Emblem "Businessmen-Friendly Bank" and "Golden Branches" (January 27, 2006)
Kredyt Bank was awarded the promotional Emblem Businessmen-Friendly Bank, ten branches were awarded the title Golden Branch . The prizes were awarded for easy access and the high quality of services to SMEs.
 
Quality Certificates (January 11, 2006)
Re-certification of "Private banking services" and "Securities account" means that Kredyt Bank was in its fourth year of using a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
