Andrzej Witkowski - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
 
Mr. Andrzej Witkowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University as well as post-graduate of the Cracow Academy of Economics. He is enrolled as a lawyer to the Warsaw Regional Board of Lawyers.
In 1971 he became a lawyer in the County Court for the City of Cracow. He was an Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and the Office Director of the Council of Ministers. He was Deputy President and President of Management Board of PZMot as well as of the Management Board of TUiR WARTA.
He also held memberships on the supervisory boards of companies as Texaco Marketing Poland, ATU Insurance Association, Warta S.A. Insurance and Reinsurance Association, Holding PZM and PTE Kredyt Bank. He became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kredyt Bank as of July 1996.
Currently he is President of PZMot.
 
 
Adam Noga - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the SGPiS (presently the Warsaw School of Economics).
Participant in the short MBA program at the l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal in 1991-1992. Post-doctoral degree granted in 1993 by the Warsaw School of Economics. Received the title of Professor Extraordinaire at that school and also in 1999 of the WSUiB College of Insurance and Banking of Warsaw.
Also advisor to the Minister of Privatization, advisor to the President of Petrochemia Płock, and Editor of the Ekonomista [Economist]. Presently Director of the Institute of Finances of the WSUiB College of Insurance and Banking. Author of five books as well as 100 articles, reviews, and expert reports. Specializes in microeconomics, macroeconomics, strategic management, finances, and financial and capital markets.
 
Ronny Delchambre - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
Mr. Ronny Delchambre has a higher education: commercial engineer (MBA). He began the professional career in 1981 in Bank van Roeselare.
From July 1998 to April 1999 Assistant General Manager in KBC Bank in Roeselare/Izegem Region. In the years 2003-2006 General Manager in the Roeselare Region and in the years 2006-2009 General Manger in Noord-Vlaanderen Region. Since October 2009, General Manager, Banking, Business Unit CEER, KBC Global Services.
 
Jaroslaw Parkot - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
Mr. Jaroslaw Parkot obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University
of Warsaw and a post-graduate degree in Marketing and Management at Warsaw University. Additionally, he has an MBA in Marketing from the Rotterdam Erasmus University. He worked with a number of private Polish and multinational companies before joining Citibank/Bank Handlowy in 1998 as Managing Director of Distribution and Retail Banking. Additionally, in 2001, he became a Member of the Supervisory Board of TFI Kapital Handlowy.
In 2003, he joined UNIQA Group Poland, which is the Polish subsidiary of the Austrian life and non-life insurer and consists of a non-life and a life insurance company. He became Vice President of the Managing Board and was responsible for the strategic development of all UNIQA insurance companies in Poland. Since 2004, he has been President of the Managing Board of UNIQA Group Poland.
Mr Jarosław Parkot will take the position of CEO of WARTA Non Life and WARTA Life, with effect on 2 July 2010. He will also become a Country Team Member of KBC's Polish operations.
 
Marko Voljč  - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
Marko Voljč graduated with a degree in economics at the University of Ljubljana and Belgrade. Between 1976 and 1979, he was head of the analytical department of the National Bank of Slovenia. From 1979 through 1992, he worked for the World Bank in Washington D.C. and Mexico City. In 1992, he joined Nova Ljubljanska Banka in Slovenia as President and CEO.
In 2004, he became General Manager of the Central Europe Directorate at KBC headquarters in Brussels. In that capacity, he sat on the supervisory boards of KBC's banking subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. In May 2006, he was appointed CEO of K&H Bank and became also Country Manager of the Hungarian operations.
In March 2010 Mr. Voljč was appointed as CEO of the Central & Eastern Europe and Russia Business Unit and member of the Executive Committee of KBC Group.
 
Stefan Kawalec - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
Stefan Kawalec  graduated from Warsaw University. He obtained Master's degree in mathematics in 1979. In 1989-1994 he was employed in the Ministry of Finance, initially as General Director and chief economic adviser to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and since 1991 as deputy minister. In 1994-2002 he was consultants' team head of the Mangement Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., and in the years 1998-2002 head of strategy at Bank Handlowy. In 2002-2003 he worked in the Commercial Union Group as Vice President of Commercial Union Poland Sp. z o.o., and then as Chief Adviser to the President of the Group in Poland. In 2003-2006 he was strategy Managing Director of the PZU Group.
Since December 2006 is self-employed under the name "Stefan Kawalec - Strategic Consulting". He is a partner and CEO of consulting company Capital Strategy Sp. z.o.o. since May 2008.
He fulfilled functions in the supervisory boards of many companies, including: Gdansk Shipyard S.A., Pekao S.A. and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.
He was consultant of many international institutions such as the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, as well as government and commercial institutions in selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
 
 
Guy Libot - Member of the Supervisory Board
 
A graduate of the University of Antwerp (Belgium). He has long-term experience in banking.
At the end of the eighties he was the Senior Representative of Kredietbank in New York and Los Angeles. In the mid 90's he was Manager Multinationals & Network Desk in the Netherlands. Between 1995-2000 he was employed as Branch General Manager of Kredietbank in Singapore, where he was responsible inter alia for the Corporate Banking and Treasury activities in Southeast Asia.
In 2000-2003 he was Chief Executive Officer of KBC Bank (Netherlands). In 2003-2006 he was employed at Kredyt Bank SA as Deputy President responsible for Corporate Banking, Credits, Treasury, ICT and Facilities.
In the years 2006-2010 he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of K&H Bank in Hungary in the area of Credits, HR and Facilities, as from mid 2007 for Corporate Banking & Treasury Since 2010, employed at KBC Global Services NV as General Manager Banking Central & Eastern Europe and Russia and since 2011 as Senior General Manager Banking Central & Eastern Europe and Russia.
